Kolkata: Rain threat looms over festival

A forecast of heavy rain in the run-up to the Pujas — which may continue till the festive days — has put the organisers in a quandary with many making last minute changes in their plans and putting in precautionary measures to ensure the rain God does not play a spoilsport.
