Kol: 2 held, 1 detained for flowerpot burst death

A day after two people were killed and one got injured after clay flowerpots exploded at separate areas in Kolkata, cops arrested two and detained another in connection to the deaths. On Sunday, the flowerpots exploded and hit the neck and face of the victims.
