Three organizations are currently carrying out assessments of the impact on the environment and ecology, air quality and noise level and tremors from the blowout of a hydrocarbon well of Oil India Limited at Baghjan in Assam’s Tinsukia district on May 27 and its subsequent explosion on June 9.
