Girder-launching over for Majerhat rail overbridge

The superstructure of Majerhat bridge was completed on Friday morning, with the completion of launching of 76m girder spanning the railway tracks. The state public works department (PWD) now hopes to commission the lifeline by September or latest by this year’s Puja in October.
