Kolkata Metro records low footfall this Puja

It was an unprecedented Durga Puja for Metro Railway. Instead of being chock-a-block with a sea of passengers, the transport system witnessed merely 27,032 people taking a ride on Navami. Around 8.5 lakh people had travelled by Metro on Navami last year, when services were on through the night during the Pujas.
