WB: Daily case count dips below 4k after a week

Fresh Covid cases in Bengal on Tuesday slipped below the 4,000-mark for the first time since October 20 and remained lowest since October 18. The state on Tuesday reported 3,957 cases and a positivity rate of 8.1%. This is also the lowest one-day number reported since October 18 when it had reported 3,983 cases.
