‘Jaguar accident accused returned from Dubai’

Raghib Parwez (25) — the Jaguar accident accused — was released from a Dubai hospital on August 19 and returned to Kolkata with his mother after she pleaded with doctors that he was fine enough to undertake the journey. A day after TOI reported that Raghib’s mother had accompanied him to Dubai, it has surfaced that his mother took the decision to bring him back to the city, 48 hours after they left.
