NCRB report: West Bengal ninth in offences against the state

Bengal recorded no terror case in 2017 but internal strife in Bhangar and Darjeeling and a large number of cases lodged for damaging public property has propelled it to the ninth spot among the 29 states when it comes to offences against the state, show recently released NCRB 2017 data.
