Chargesheet filed in Panchasayar rape case

Around two months after a 36-year-old mentally challenged woman, who had come out of a shelter home at Panchasayar at night, was allegedly gangraped by a minor and a cab driver, cops have filed a charge sheet in the case at Alipore court on Monday.
