Fewer pvt buses, cabs on road, govt fleet saves day

There were more state buses on the road than usual on Wednesday but many private transporters chose to play safe, leading to fewer buses and cabs on city roads. Yet those who wished to travel within the city, either to work or to someplace else, did manage to do so with that extra commute time.
