KMC plans special pass to lodge civic complaints

In an effort to give relief to those living in areas under Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC), the civic body will issue special passes from the mayor’s office at the KMC headquarters to those who have been victims of harassment by staffers in the borough level. The exercise is likely to begin from next month.
