Kolkata: Air quality in '19 winter better than '18

The city’s ambient air quality in November-December 2019 was much better than that during the same period in 2018. In fact, annual average count of both PM10 and PM2.5 has improved, though both particulate matter counts remain much higher than the safe limit.
