Reconsider 'Basanta Utsav' ahead of Dol: Min

State education minister Partha Chatterjee asked the Viswa Bharati authorities to reconsider the decision to celebrate ‘Basanta Utsav’ (Spring Festival) ahead of Dol on March 9 and restrict entry of visitors in the programme. The minister also assured all possible assistances if the authorities decide to celebrate ‘Basanta Utsav’ traditionally like every year.
