Temp to rise by mid-week in Kol, predicts Met

While the city continued to remain chilly on Sunday, the mercury is set to climb by the middle of the week. An approaching western disturbance (WD) will yet again cut off the chill-carrying northwesterly winds from Wednesday, according to the Met office.
