WB: Girl falls from terrace, saved miraculously

Sheer stroke of luck, timely intervention by a plumber and extraordinary coordination among 100-odd residents of a housing complex on VIP Road saved the life of an 18-year-old girl, who accidentally toppled over the terrace parapet but remained hanging in the air for about an hour as her left leg got wedged in the grilles of the balcony below.
