SSKM ‘shortcut’ spells traffic trouble for cops

The biggest government hospital in Bengal is facing a curious problem that even the local traffic guard is finding difficult to solve. Complaints are pouring in from SSKM Hospital about cars and bikes using the wide roads within the compound as a shortcut to reduce journey time and avoid the snarl at the signal .
