Howrah: Prisoner protests against jail bribery

A murder convict, who's serving a life sentence, climbed atop the terrace of Howrah Correctional Home on Saturday and started slashing his hands with a blade, demanding he be allowed to speak to the chief minister to voice his "protest against corruption in the jail".
