Kolkata: 2 killed, 1 injured in 3 accidents

At around 7.10pm on Saturday, Ranjit Ghosh (28), a resident of Joka, Haridevpur was knocked down by a heavy goods vehicle on DH Road near Annie Sarani crossing. He was rushed to Vidyasagar state general hospital where he was declared brought dead. The driver managed to escape with the vehicle.
