US-Kol ticket costs Rs 1.6L ahead of flight ban

International flight fares shot up on Thursday after the government announced a ban on all international flights from Sunday. Though the embargo is for a week, aviation industry sources said it could be extended if the number of coronavirus cases in India rose.
