Guv reads out govt-prepared speech in House

The war of nerves between the government and the governor gave way to a truce with Jagdeep Dhankhar reading out the state government-prepared speech, including paragraphs on “contentious” issues like the new citizenship law, demonetisation and GST, at the start of the Budget session of the assembly on Friday.
