An engineer from Thakurpukur has taken to Facebook to recount how a section of daily passengers — aged between 50 and 55 who travel in a government bus — harassed his 62-year-old mother last Friday over a seat, reducing her to tears and forcing her to call up her son and seek police intervention midway into her trip.
