Kolkata: Mamata Banerjee removes KMC chief

The Mamata Banerjee government has a new chief at the helm of the city civic headquarters. It has removed Khalil Ahmed, who was the municipal commissioner for many years, at a time when super cyclone Amphan has ravaged the city and added to the woes of a locked down Kolkata.
