Lockdown 3.0: 3,700 migrants return to Assam

Over three thousand home-bound people of Assam from outside and within the northeastern region entered the state on the first day of opening of the inter-state borders on Sunday, which were sealed for 40 days due to the Covid-19 lockdown.
