Super cyclone Amphan 190km away from Kolkata

Super cyclone Amphan is inching towards Kolkata at a speed of about 26kmph currently, causing a wind speed of 160-170kmph gusting upto 190kmph. At present it lays only about 190km to the south of Kolkata. Apart from rain, the wind speed in Kolkata, however, is not significant yet. But the Met office predicts a wind speed close 100 in the city when the cyclone will make a landfall.
