Assam pigs dying from 'African Swine Fever'

Assam agriculture and veterinary minister Atul Bora said on Tuesday that the mysterious deaths of over 2,000 pigs in six districts of the state is suspected to be due to the highly contagious African Swine Fever (ASF), which might have travelled from Tibet in China through Arunachal Pradesh.
