Kolkata: 86-year-old gets ration, stay-at-home ‘punishment’ for keeping stall open

An 86-year-old man was ‘punished’ with ration. Entally police OC Debasis Dutta handed over 3kg rice and dal to an octogenarian tea stall owner after the latter was made to promise he would not open his roadside tea stall till the lockdown is lifted.
