Social distancing lead to dip in flu, common cold

The raging pandemic may have a bright side, after all. There has been a sharp drop in the transmission of other viruses that usually strike at this time of the year. And it’s largely because of the resultant lockdown, social distancing norms and better personal hygiene practices — measures we’ve collectively taken to fight Covid-19.
