Home safest for patient’s contacts: Bengal CM

Bengal seems to be entering the next stage in the fight against the pandemic, with chief minister Mamata Banerjee saying on Monday — followed by an official circular some hours later — that contacts of Covid-19 patients may opt for home quarantine but they should inform the government.
