Covid-19: Record 2,997 new infections in Bengal

Bengal recorded its highest one-day spike in Covid cases on Thursday with 2,997 fresh infections, taking the cumulative tally to 1,07,323. There were 56 fresh deaths, taking total fatalities to 2,259.
