How American bird has fuelled WB village's economy

The unexplained appearance of a colourful male American wood duck in a Bengal village around 20km from Kolkata has fuelled a welcome boom in the local economy as hundreds flock to catch a sight of the waterfowl that is usually found in the shallow lakes of North America almost 13,000km away.
