Kol: Promoter shot in neck after late-night fight

A 38-year-old man was shot at by an acquaintance in the Miabagan area of Beliaghata in the early hours of Monday. Till last reports came in, main suspect Guddu Sharma, a data entry operator, had been detained for questioning.
