Shutdown relaxed in four Odisha districts

The weekend shutdown imposed in four districts -- Ganjam, Khurda, Cuttack and Gajapati and Rourkela city has been relaxed till 11am on the Independence Day (Saturday) to allow people to unfurl the national flag in their premises.
