Work from home a deciding factor for flat-buyers

One out of two home buyers sees the possibility of partly or wholly working from home in future, making it a key consideration while buying a property. Also, nine out of 10 now believe living in housing complexes improves quality of life and is willing to pay a little more and travel a little further to stay in one.
