Ratrish Saha was excited to put her new skills to the test when she joined an IT company in Kolkata in 2013, but things were not that easy for this transwoman. “I had to deal with people who would bully me for my feminine behaviour. I would try to keep myself in a shell but that hardly helped,” said Ratrish.
