Kolkata: Cop on bike patrol falls on dug-up road, dies

A 45-year-old assistant sub inspector — out on night duty as part of the motorbike patrol team that was asked to chase down rogue bikers — was killed when his bike skidded on a dug-up Dum Dum Road near Chiria More and he was hit by a truck.
