86K stranded outside Assam given Rs 2,000 each

In its biggest reach-out exercise, ‘Assam Cares', Assam government on Monday deposited Rs 2,000 each to the accounts of 86,000 residents of the state stranded across India due to the nationwide Covid-19 lockdown as a sustenance support.
