Letter war erupts between West Bengal CM and guv

A full-scale letter war erupted between Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Thursday, with Banerjee protesting against the “direct attacks” Dhankhar (a “nominated” functionary) had been making on “an elected CM” and Dhankhar accusing Banerjee of failing to abide by “constitutional prescriptions”.
