WB: Hospital faces legal action, four behind bars

In a first, a private hospital in Siliguri has been slapped with penal proceedings for its reluctance to turn the facility into a Covid-19 hospital. Two hospital staffers were arrested while two locals were also put behind the bars for leading a protest at the hospital against the state government’s decision.
