CBI rapped for failing to complete chit fund probe

Calcutta High Court on Tuesday came down heavily on the CBI as the central agency failed to complete the probe in chit fund cases after it was asked by the Supreme Court on May 9, 2014. The SC order, however, has no mention of a deadline for completing the probe.
