Rashbehari Avenue turns accident zone

The recent death of 65-year-old Dilip Roy, a Fern Road resident, on Rashbehari Avenue — one of the busiest stretches of south Kolkata — has yet again brought the focus on how the short stretch between Gariahat and Rashbehari Crossing has become a free-forall zone for motorists and pedestrians alike, all of them flouting traffic rules with impunity.
