West Bengal allows kin to cremate Covid bodies

Based on a Calcutta High Court directive, the state government has decided to allow hospitals to hand over bodies of Covid patients to their kin. The state has also allowed six family members to take the body to specified crematoriums or burial grounds for last rites.
