E-W trains likely to run ahead of May schedule

With two technologies crucial for train operations set to reach the city next week, Metro services between Sector V and Salt Lake stadium could commence by December-January, months ahead of the extended deadline in May 2019. The driverless technology and the braking system are expected to be installed by next weekend for fullspeed trials the week after.
