Ground-floor eateries in Priya bldg open for biz

The eateries and the restobar operating on the ground floor on the premises of Priya reopened for business on Thursday even as a big question hangs over the resumption of shows at the main auditorium. The state fire department issued a notice to the owners, stressing that the structure was a “high-risk building” and pointing out a series of fire-safety loopholes. The notice also listed immediate recommendations to be followed before getting a fitness certificate from the fire department.
