More skimming fraudsters on the loose in city?

Are more fraudsters siphoning money by installing skimmers at ATMs still on the loose? The police are looking for an answer after a fresh complaint was lodged at the Maniktala police station, claiming Rs 16,165 was withdrawn from the victim’s account on or before August 8.
