Romanians’ 28-city run ended in Kolkata

The ATM skimming fraudsters from Romania had stuck at will between January and August – targeting as many as 28 Indian cities – but in Kolkata it finally ran out of luck after having withdrawn over Rs 22 lakh from the accounts of around 82 people.
