HC grants anticipatory bail to web portal editor

The division bench of Justice Joymalya Bagchi and Justice Suvra Ghosh on Tuesday granted anticipatory bail to Upendra Pradhan in connection to a case lodged by police following charges of trying to incite one community against another.
