Patnaik launches scheme for sanitation workers

Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday launched the GARIMA scheme that aims to ensure safety and dignity of the core sanitation workers in the state, who deal with faecal matter in toilets, septic tank, sewer and treatment facilities.
