Swabhiman Anchal (erstwhile cut-off area prior to the construction of Gurupriya bridge in 2018), situated amid hillocks and dense forests under Chitrakonda block in Maoist-affected Malkangiri district, got mobile phone connectivity on Monday, seven decades after the Independence.
