80% private buses return to Kolkata roads

Suburban train services have led to nearly 80% of private buses coming back to the city roads, easing the dispersal of train passengers. Autos also played a major role in ferrying passengers to and from stations like Ballygunge, Jadavpur, Park Circus, Majerhat and Tollygunge. The stations also had a large number of cabs at the exits.
