Kolkata: Vivekananda Park pool work stopped

Work on the construction of a temporary pool for Chhath Puja at Vivekananda Park without KMDA’s permission was stopped and the brickwork dismantled on Tuesday following protests by morning walkers and locals. KMDA has also alerted the police to keep a vigil on the ground.
